Reverend Lowell's Treasury is a very nice humor collection for Windows. It is hyper-indexed, easily searchable, and copiously illustrated in color and B/W. Reverend Lowell's Treasury is divided into multiple volumes, with each volume covering a different topic. This volume, HE WHO LAUGHS, LASTS, contains Reverend Lowell's all-time favorite anecdotes, jokes, quips, and witty comments.
Reverend Lowell's Treasury contains thousands of humorous anecdotes collected by Reverend Lowell during his long career as an ordained minister. After thirty years of public speaking from the pulpit, the podium, and on television, he has amassed quite a few items, and the Treasury represents the "cream of the crop." These are Reverend Lowell's favorite funny stories, revealing quotes, interesting anecdotes, and zingy one-liners. And there's nothing that would be unsuitable in any public setting.
There are plenty of items to choose from. Many are illustrated in color or B/W. All items are indexed by keywords and by first line. To select a particular item, click on the Search button. Choose a keyword to narrow the selection, then pick one of the anecdotes listed under that keyword. Or if you prefer, you can simply browse through the entire collection by using the Next or Previous buttons to read page by page. When you have found just the right item, use the Copy button to copy it to your word processor, or any other application. Or use the Print button to print it.
To install, after decompressing, RUN the included INSTALL.EXE. Unless you specify otherwise, the progarm will install to C:\LOWELL and an Icon & Program Group will be created to run the program.
